After registering your MediaXGo account through the MediaXGo Portal, the next step is to sign in to your Android display device.
First, download and install the MediaXGo app from the Google Play Store on your Android TV, Android signage device, or Android TV Box.
MediaXGo provides two sign-in options:
- Sign in with your email address and password
- Sign in using QR Code authentication
Sign in with Email and Password
- Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
- Search for MediaXGo and Install the app.
- Open the MediaXGo app and Select Sign In.
- Enter your MediaXGo account email address.
- Enter your password.
- Select Sign In.
Once authentication is successful, the display will connect to your MediaXGo account.
